Pilgrim the falcon is the Oberhausmuseum’s mascot. The cheeky and inquisitive little kestrel was designed by comic artist Tobi Dahmen, known for his multi-nominated and award-winning comic ‘Fahrradmod’. Pilgrim takes his name from Bishop Pilgrim of Passau, who was immortalised as Kriemhild’s uncle in the Nibelungen saga and can be seen in the large mural in Passau’s Town Hall.
